Guidelines for Category Level:

A Players excel in one of the four sports and compete

B Players train in at least one of the four sports

C Players play at a recreational level and haven’t competed

Tournament Format:
1 f( z' `1 ]% y0 U; W+ _• Matches consist of 4 games – one in each discipline as
, P& K0 j6 j# t% Y. [! Q7 U* nfollows: Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Tennis

• Games are to 21 with a margin of 2 using rally point scoring

(every point counts).

• Players alternate serve every 2 points. A toss of the coin

determines who serves first in table tennis, and then
