美加的频率是一样的。加拿大只是GMRS不需要licence。- u' V1 M" w$ B
我的是加拿大买的。

由于Nanaimo的朋友增加到三人，trailheads之间再carpool就比较麻烦了。所以这次大家都直接到Maple Mtn. Rd.的trailhead。先走summit trail，如果下来后还想走coast trail的话，就要走roundtrip了。

不知道zy710000和sunshadow住哪里。这次还是按原计划7：30都到Costco吧。iloveuvic和bonnie22就麻烦痞子接一下。

不知你说的summer tail 是否是blue trail？blue trail 比较容易，costal trail 要难一些。 如两条都走的话, 先走costal trail要好一些(不然累了会影响安全).  景色不错, 还看到了bald eagles and sea lions. But scenery wise, we still like east sooke costal trail better, * m% A# T8 A. m0 B1 H4 V
% B9 N5 Y6 N: h3 U! x
穿好鞋(must be hiking shoes), 带足水, have fun.
