Lord, 5 a+ f5 u' `7 P9 Y3 f
having transformed
$ s$ r" J; @2 dsunshine and soil and water and seed,6 g3 A' H: b$ C6 q+ A( A- d
into food upon which we are soon to feed,
P; Y! }( w7 Xwe thank you for life and we want to stay well, z2 s! M B; m" C# B4 ~
so we promise to rub our hands with Purell., a! }3 D# }( k5 ^- s1 \/ s
We who came first and are ready to dine$ |. T/ [! n4 W ?- d2 ]4 V4 [
thank you that we’re not still waiting in line, 8 }# H7 q% V/ H5 f) ]3 D+ b
but for those who are hungry and eagerly wait, . b. X: y7 f6 Z1 B2 R
we shall not be greedy and heap up our plate./ Q9 g9 Z7 Q) g9 A
Instead we’ll be thoughtful of all the others

Now,9 x% G) c' g9 Y
We smell the potatoes all spicy and roasted
